$15 a person – Also includes On-site full service

*On Site Full Service Includes:

  • On Site Cook with Smoking Trailer

  • Buffet Style Service (includes warming trays and serving utensils)

  • Two 6 ft tables (with black linen) for buffet service

  • 10’x20’ tent to cover buffet if needed

$15 for a 24 oz jar

*A La Carte is pick up only.

* A La Carte items are smoked prior to pick up. They are refrigerated and will come with reheating instructions

Drop-off delivery for an extra $50 fee
